[plott LIFE] Short-Term Lease Agreement This property is a private residence rented under a short-term lease (not a lodging business). Hotel services—daily cleaning, free amenity refills, etc.—are not provided. As the tenant, you must care for the space and return it in its original condition. 1) No smoking / No pets: The entire unit, including the bathroom, is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). Pets are not allowed. Violations lead to immediate eviction (no refund) and a special cleaning fee of ₩300,000 plus compensation for vacancy during deodorizing. 2) Quiet hours: Noise complaints at night can be grounds for eviction. After 10:00 PM, please avoid noisy appliances (vacuum, washer, etc.) and loud behavior. 3) Extra utility charges: Turn off the AC, boiler, and lights when you go out. If you’re found leaving systems on for long periods or using electricity/water/gas far beyond normal, actual extra charges may be billed. 4) Notices & common areas: Building notices are posted on the main bulletin board or announced in units. Power/water outages or elevator inspections due to building checks or natural causes aren’t the landlord’s responsibility. Short-term tenants can’t register for free regular parking; parking costs (up to ₩30,000/day) are the tenant’s responsibility. No refunds or compensation will be given for common-area issues or parking fees. If you’ll stay long-term and need parking help, contact the landlord for cost-effective parking tips or discounted passes. 5) General trash: Mapo-gu requires official trash bags. You can buy them at the first-floor convenience store. Please leave trash in the designated green/yellow bins in the B2 recycling area. 6) Recycling: Rinse plastics, paper, cans, and bottles and place them in the B2 recycling area. Clean sorting helps keep plott LIFE’s quality. 7) Food waste: Use the Reencle microbial processor. Hard shells, seeds, and bones are regular trash (see manual). If banned items cause microbe death or machine damage, you’ll be charged repair or microbe replacement costs. While it’s being repaired, buy disposal cards at the convenience store and dispose of food waste at B2. 8) No change of use or subletting: You may not change the unit’s use or structure, sublet, transfer the lease, or use it for non-residential purposes without the landlord’s consent. Non-residential use will result in immediate contract termination. 9) Unit care & damage charges: Damage or soiling caused intentionally or negligently during the lease must be fully restored at the tenant’s expense. The deposit is returned after restoration; any damages will be deducted from the deposit. For smooth deposit return, tenants staying over a week should ventilate regularly and keep the bathroom dry. If issues arise, contact the landlord immediately.
